The petition of W.D. PITTMAN shows that Robert PITTMAN Temperance PRESLEY and Wm. PRESLEY Orphans of Elisabeth PRESLEY decd. And Minors under the age of fourteen Years residing in said County and have no Guardian.  --- therefore applies for Letters of Guardian ship for said Orphans,  It is therefore ordered that citation be issued in terms of the Law.
