April Term 1863

The Court of Ordinary for the County of Hall was opened at the Court house in the Form of Gainesville on the first Monday being the 6th day of April 1863

Present and presiding    J.R. BOONE, Ordinary

 

  

William D. PITMAN having applied and published a citation in terms of the Law for Letters of Guardianship for the persons and property of Robert PITMAN  Tempy Ann PRESLEY and William PRESLEY, Orphan children of Hall County, and no objections being made.  And said Wm. D. PITMAN, having obtained the consent of John MARTIN of said to take the Guardianship of William PRESLEY orphan as aforesaid, and the same being approved by the Court – the said John MARTIN having given bond and security – It is ordered that said John MARTIN be appointed Guardian to said William PRESLEY and that Letters of Guardianship be issued to him Accordingly.

 

William D. PITMAN having applied and published a citation in terms of the Law for Letters of Guardianship for the persons and property of Robert PITMAN and Tempy Ann PRESLEY, Orphans of Elizabeth PRESLEY, deceased of said County, and no objections being made, and said W.D. PITMAN having given bond and approved Security – It is ordered that he be appointed Guardian to said Orphans and that Letters of Guardianship be issued to him accordingly.
