The land is bounded on the east by AD Hurt, south by Hurt and Jno. A. Greer, West by Mrs. Harris and on the North by AD Hurt. For more particular description of said land refer to Deeds made by Allen DeBerry to said President Pressley. One deed made March 28, 1871, and one made the 4 day of August 1873. Now we do sell and convey to Jack Estes, all the right and title we have or may have in said Land. To have and to hold the same, to said Estes his heirs and assigns forever and we bind ourselves and heirs and assigns forever to warrant and defend the title to said Estes against all claimants of our part of said land.
