This Indenture made this seventh day of August in the year of Our Lord one Thousand Eighteen hundred and Twenty two between Jeremiah Presnall of the one part & Luke Presnall of the other part both of this state & County aforesaid witnesseth that the said Jeremiah Presnall for and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars in hand paid at & before the sealing & delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereunto acknowledged and hath granted Bargained Sold aliened Conveyed & Confirmed & do by these presents do grant bargain sell alien Convey & Confirm unto the said Luke Presnall his heirs & assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land Containing Two hundred & fifty acres by survey lying & being in the county of Hall Known & distinguished in the general plan by number one hundred and Twenty and in the Tenth district of said County having such form and shape as will more fully appear by Reference to this plot to have & to hold the said Lot or Tract of Land with all and Singular the Rights members & appertenances there unto belonging with the Remainder & Remainders & Reversion & Reversions Rents ---- & profits thereof to only proper benefit & behoof of him the said Luke Presnall his heirs Executors & administrators the said Bargained premises unto the said Luke Presnall his heirs Executors administrators & assigns against the said Jeremiah Presnall his heirs Executors & Administrators & all & Every other person or persons shall & will warrant & forever Defend by virtue of these presents in witness whereof the said Jeremiah Presnall hath hereunto lain and affixed his seal this day & year above written Signed Sealed & delivered in presence of us
