This
Indenture made this sixth day of February one thousand Eight hundred and Twenty
Two between Lewis BOND of the County of Wilkinson of the one part & Jeremiah
Presnall of Jasper County of the other part witnesseth that the said Lewis Bond
for and in Consideration of the sum of Two hundred Dollars in hand paid at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the Receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged hath granted bargained sold aliened Conveyed & confirmed & by
these presents do grant bargain sell alien Convey & Confirm unto the said
Jeremiah Presnall his heirs & assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land
Containing Two hundred and fifty acres by Survey Lying and being in the County
of Hall Known & distinguished in the General plan by Number one hundred and Twenty
and in the Tenth district of Said County having such form and shape as will more
fully appear by Reference to the plot to have & to hold the Said Lot or
Tract of Land with all & singular the rights members & appertenances thereunto
belonging with the Remainder / Remainders reversion & Reversions rents ----
& profits thereof to the only proper use benefit & behoof of him the said
Jeremiah Presnall his heirs Executors & administrators the said bargained premises
unto the said Jeremiah Presnall his heirs Executors Administrators and assigns
against the said Lewis Bond his heirs Executors & administrators & all &
Every other person or persons shall & will warrant & forever Defend by
virtue of these presents In witness whereof the said Lewis Bond hath hereunto
set his hand and affixed his Seal the day & year first above written Signed
