GERDINE PRESNELL
1920 - 1990

Gerdine Presnell died February 23, 1990 at Calvert Manor, Nursing Home, Calvert, Cecil Co., MD.
He was born in Winchester, Frederick Co., VA on November 11, 1920, the son of the late Samuel Joseph 
and Mattie Coe Presnell.  He served in the United States Army during World War II, Infantry Eighth Division.  He was a past member of the Susquehanna American Legion Post 135, Perryville, MD.

Mr. Presnell is survived by a son, G.R. Presnell;  daughters Angela Alley, Sandra
Evans, Diana Rhoades, Geraldine Eaton, and Carolyn Lane;
brothers Samuel Hollifield and S.J. Hollified;  sisters Sina
Gillespie, Lela Stewart, Ellen Gardner, and Irene Hall. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.

Funeral services were held on Monday, February 26,1990 at Principio United
Methodist Church, Perryville, MD with the Rev. Robert G. Kelly officiating. 

Interment is at West Nottingham Cemetery, Colora, MD
