Funeral services for Mr. Oval Presley, age 76, of Cullman, were held on February 11, 2000 at Cullman Heritage Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m.  Interment followed at Valley Springs Cemetery.

Mr. Presley was born May 1, 1923 in Cullman County, and he died on February 9, 2000 at his residence.  He was a farmer.

Survivors include his wife, Grace Baker Presley of Cullman; two sons, Danny Presley and Michael G. Presley, both of Cullman; a daughter, Linda Hodge of Cullman, a brother, Vernon Presley of Tennessee; a sister, Lorene Lynn of Cullman; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.

Mr. Presley was predeceased by his parents, Dallas Presley and Hettie Etta Guthery Presley; two brothers, Donald Presley and Truman Presley and two sisters, Beatrice Bradley and Adelia Knight.
