Cleveland, Bradley County, TNCarolyn Bowlin, 59, a resident of Cleveland, went home to be with her Lord, Saturday, Oct. 19, 2002.
She was a member of Honestville Baptist Church in Ooltewah. She was formerly a cosmetologist. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and sister.
She was preceded in death by her father, Grady Presley; and one sister, Frances Bates. Survivors include her beloved husband of 38 years, Charles Bowlin of Cleveland; two daughters and son-in-law: Missy and Brian Welch and Tanya Biggs, all of Cleveland; mother, Katherine Presley of Apison; two brothers: Tom Presley of Lawrenceville, Ga., and Bobby Presley of Ringgold. Ga.; and one sister, Janice Bundschu of Chattanooga; three grandchildren: Christian Welch, Clayton Welch and Taylor Biggs; and several nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2002, at 2 p.m. at Grissom Funeral Home with the Rev. Saylor Banks officiating. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.
