Edward Earl Presley

Edward Earl Presley, 50, a resident of Benton, passed away Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at his home.

He was a member of the Stuart Park Baptist Church.

Survivors include his parents, Mary and Earl Presley of Benton; three brothers and spouses: Danny and Sandra Presley and Perry and Jane Presley, all of Charleston, and David and Kay Presley of Calhoun; sister and spouse, Patricia and Jackie Stanfield of Cleveland; and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Friday, June 17, 2005, in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Ed Eldredge, pastor of Antioch Baptist Church officiating.

The release of white doves will conclude the service.

Gary McClanahan, Jaime Davis, Tab Cathey, Kent Sharpton, Bill Hitch and Toby will serve as pallbearers.

His family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. today at Higgins Funeral Home.
