TRENTON, S.C. -- Mr. Johnny James Pressley, 47, of 14 Courtney Road, died
Monday, Dec. 7, 1998.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Science Hill Baptist Church with the
Rev. J.T. Tate officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Mr. Pressley, a native of Edgefield County, was a 1969 graduate of W.E.
Parker High School and an employee of Milliken. He was a member and deacon
of Science Hill Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Aimee Harrison Pressley; two sons, Eric Rondell
Pressley, Atlanta, and Asa Depriest Pressley, Trenton; a daughter, Twila
Pressley Leysath, Trenton; his mother, Mary L. Simpkins Pressley, Trenton;
two brothers, Rayford Pressley Jr. and John Henry Pressley, both of Trenton;
a sister, Annie Bell Asforis, Trenton; and four grandchildren.

Friends may call at the residence or at G.L. Brightharp & Sons Mortuary,
North Augusta.
