MRS. M. A. Baker Dead.

Mrs. M.A. Baker died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. W.M. Reece, in the east part of town last Monday morning at four o'clock and was buried the following evening. Mrs. Baker would have been 83 years old next month if life had been spared her. 

She was the mother of J. B. Baker of Garza; G. W. Baker of Oklahoma, and Mrs. W. M. Reece of this place.  Rev.  W. H. Carder delivered the funeral sermon.

Note:  Matilda Ann Presley Baker was the daughter of Robert L Presley and Piercie James and the mother of Mary Ann Baker who married Robert Lee Henderson.  Mary Ann Baker and Robert Henderson are the great-grandparents of Larry Gosnell.
