I, Jane H. Presley, widow of the late Revd John T. Presley, D.D. deceased, of the City of Allegheny, County of Allegheny and State of Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make and publish this my last will and testement, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
As to Such Estate as it hath pleased God to intrust me with, I dispose of the same in
follows, Viz: I give, devise and bequeath unto my beloved daughter Margaret Malinda
Presley, her heirs and assigns forever, all my property, real, personal and mixed, of what
nature or kind soever, and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my
death.
And I do nominate, Constitute and appoint my Kind and dutiful son-in-law Thomas McCance,
Executor of this my last will and testament.
In witness whereof I have to this my last will, written on one half sheet of paper, Set my hand and Seal this the Thirteenth day of November A.D. one thousand and Eight hundred and Seventy one.

Signed, Sealed, published and declared by the above named testatrix as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us, who have hereunto subscribed our names at her request as witnesses thereto, in the presence of said testatrix and of each other.

Be it Known, That on the Ninth Day of April A.D. 1873 before me Joseph H. Gray, Register of Wills, & c. in and for the County aforesaid, came Robert Stewart and R.C. Macferron, the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing last will and testament of Jane H. Presley, deceased and on their solemn oath did say they were present and did see and hear Jane H. Presley, the Testatrix, therein named sign seal publish and declare the same as and for her last will and testament and at the time of so doing she was of sound disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their Knowledge belief and at her request and in her presence they subscribed their names thereto as witnesses.
