Personally came before me J. Danaldson, an Alderman in and for said City,
the following name persons, viz: John M. McCance and I J McCance who, being duly
sworn did depose and say, that they, at the request of Thos. McCance would well
and truly, and without prejudice or partiality, value and appraise the goods and
chattels, rights and credits which were of Mrs. J. H. Pressly deceased, and in
all respects perform their duties as appraisers, to the best of their skill and
judgment.
